The UK’s Legal Aid Agency revealed a data breach that occurred after it suffered a cyberattack in April. Hackers accessed sensitive personal data of legal aid applicants dating back to 2010. Breached data includes contact details, dates of birth, national ID numbers, and financial data. High-profile companies such as Harrods, Marks & Spencer, and the Co-op have also recently been targeted.
