Chronic disease management firm Omada Health has filed for an initial public offering (IPO), joining other digital health firms in going public amid a tough market climate. Omada reported a 38% YoY increase in revenue to almost $170m in 2024 and cut its net loss to $47.1m. The company provides digital health programs to manage conditions such as diabetes and obesity, serving more than 679,000 enrolled users.
