The National Family Planning and Reproductive Health Association has sued the Trump administration for allegedly withholding $65.8m in federal grants to 16 family planning groups. According to the suit, more than 860 health service sites across 22 states were unable to offer critical health services since the funding was frozen, and seven states no longer have any Title X-funded family planning services. The organisations are seeking a court order to force the HSS to pay out grants to the 16 groups.
