US indicts Nemesis Market founder over criminal activity

Federal prosecutors have charged Nicholas Moses, alias “scrublord”, allegedly the operator of SmokeLoader botnet, with conspiracy to commit fraud and other computer-related crimes. Moses is accused of hacking over 65,000 individuals’ personal data and credentials using malware, according to cybersecurity news site, The Record.
