Edmond cybersecurity CEO accused in major hack at hospital

The CEO of an Edmond cyber security firm, Jeffrey Bowie, has been charged with launching a major cyber attack at St. Anthony Hospital with potential malicious intent to expose critical patient data. Authorities claim Bowie installed malware designed to screenshot and send the images externally. The hospital discovered the malware, asserting no patient data was accessed, and Bowie has since been arrested.
