Bill Waechter has been appointed market CEO of the San Antonio-based Baptist Health System, which is a part of Tenet Healthcare. In his new role, Waechter will be market CEO for all Baptist hospitals, affiliated organizations, and Nacogdoches Medical Center. Waechter served as president of North Central Baptist Hospital in San Antonio for 15 years.
