CPS Solutions, a healthcare solutions provider, suffered a data breach in which an unauthorized individual gained access to consumer data, including sensitive personal, health insurance, and medical information, via an employee’s email account. The breach affected patients at Dayton Children’s Hospital, Beacon Health – Three Rivers Hospital, and Hillsdale Hospital. CPS Solutions has begun notifying affected individuals about the breach.
