Tasmania’s Department of Health has broadened its virtual care program, Care@home, to cover additional illnesses and provide support for discharged patients. A new clinical alert system that digitizes patient information has also been implemented. Separately, the Queensland government has launched a virtual counselling line for women in rural areas, investing A$11.35 million over four years.
