Beacon Health System announced two data breaches at Restorix Health, Inc. and CPS Solutions, LLC, exposing patients’ sensitive information including names, DOB, driver’s license numbers, Social Security numbers, medical and insurance information. The breaches were not caused by hackers, but unauthorized access to an employee’s email account at each company.
