Cybersecurity firm OnDefend has launched its Ransomware Defense Validation service to help healthcare organisations ramp up their defences against cyber attacks. Powered by OnDefend’s Breach and Attack Simulation platform, the service enables organisations to test the effectiveness of security controls. Data from OnDefend revealed 24% of malicious emails bypass Secure Email Gateways, while 70% of simulated attacks expose security tool failures.
