Thousands of healthcare records exposed online, including private patient information

An exposed database reportedly belonging to ESHYFT, a US tech platform for nurses, has been secured following the discovery by a cybersecurity researcher. Jeremiah Fowler found over 86,341 records on the public database, containing sensitive data including personal details, facial images, schedules, CVs and potential medical reports. The service locked the database a month after Fowler reported the issue.
