Have I Been Pwned adds 284M accounts stolen by infostealer malware

Have I Been Pwned (HIBP), a data breach notification service, identified and added over 284 million accounts compromised by an information-stealing malware. The data was discovered on a Telegram channel called “ALIEN TXTBASE.” In addition to this, 244 million never-before-seen passwords were added to Pwned Passwords. Through their newly added APIs, domain owners and website operators can now identify customers whose credentials were stolen.
