SystemBC RAT Now Targets Linux, Spreading Ransomware and Infostealers

A new variant of the SystemBC Remote Access Trojan (RAT) is actively targeting Linux-based platforms, posing a risk to corporate networks, cloud infrastructure, and IoT devices. The updated version of the SystemBC RAT is more difficult to detect and uses encrypted communication to allow attackers to move undetected through compromised systems. With Linux-based servers commonly used in corporate environments, the expanded threat landscape is a significant concern.
