The Australian Government has granted CI-ISAC Australia AUD6.4m ($4.8m) to build a health-specific information-sharing centre for the country’s healthcare industry. Aiming to enable faster exchange of cyber-threat information within a secure environment, the Health Cyber Sharing Network will help healthcare organisations handle and diminish cyber-threats. Existing members, including Google Cloud AU, NBN and Transgrid, will provide cyber threat intelligence, enhancing resilience across Australia’s health sector.
