The worst health care data breach in history just got worse

The cyberattack on Change Healthcare, a UnitedHealth subsidiary, affected 190 million users, a larger number than the 100 million previously reported. The data breach saw cybercriminals exploit a system lacking multi-factor authentication. UnitedHealth has alerted most affected individuals.
