The plan seeks to improve prevention, detection and identification of threats, responsiveness to cyberattacks, and deterrence of cyber threats. It suggests creating a pan-European Cybersecurity Support Centre and introducing financial assistance via cybersecurity vouchers. The plan will be progressively implemented in 2025 and 2026.
