LDAPNightmare: SafeBreach Labs Publishes First Proof-of-Concept Exploit for CVE-2024-49112

Researchers at SafeBreach Labs have developed a proof of concept (PoC) exploit that can crash unpatched Windows Servers using the Windows Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) remote code execution vulnerability. This vulnerability, CVE-2024-49112, which was given a severity score of 9.8 out of 10, represents a significant risk to network security. SafeBreach shared technical details on how to execute this PoC tool so organizations can test their own systems for this vulnerability.
