All 17 Community Health Northwest Florida locations reopened after a cyber attack forced them to temporarily close. While the centres were inactive, IT teams worked to resolve the issue, aided by cyber security insurance. To protect patient and employee data, systems such as the internet, email and phones were taken offline. Transitioning to a paper records system may result in longer wait times at the centres, and some services have yet to be restored.
