How Modern SecOps Teams Use CTEM to Assess and Reduce Cyber Threats

Gartner’s Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) framework is designed to constantly evaluate the security of an organisation’s assets. This involves addressing challenges, such as lack of overall visibility, operationalising cyber threat intelligence, and skill gaps. Gartner predicts a two-thirds reduction in breaches by 2026 for organisations using this approach. Integration involves unifying diverse security tools and overcoming data integration, organisational silos and automation complexities. Despite being an emerging market, it’s anticipated to significantly help manage threats and potentially avoid the cost of a future breach.
