Nebraska has become the first state to sue Change Healthcare following a huge data breach that affected approximately 100 million people. The breach, which exposed personal information and medical records, was due to a hack on an employee’s login credentials. Nebraska’s Attorney General, Mike Hilgers, is holding the company responsible for its data handling and slow response to the affected individuals.
