Hackers are tricking YouTube channel admins and marketing teams into opening malware-infected email attachments by impersonating brands and offering lucrative sponsorships. Cybersecurity firm CloudSek revealed the malware steals users’ browser credentials, cookies and clipboard data. The firm hasn’t disclosed if any channels became victims or which brands are mimicked in the attack.

The FBI has issued a warning over new HiatusRAT malware attacks scanning for, and affecting, unsecured web cameras and DVRs online. The attackers mainly target
