Direct-to-patient platform uses AI to find care gaps

Unite Genomics has announced a partnership with a major pharmaceutical company to use an AI-enhanced clinical listening platform to personalise care insights for psoriasis patients. The platform uses AI to analyse medical records and inform patients about missed tests or different treatment options. The system needs permission from patients to access their data, which is also used to facilitate the transfer of medical records between providers. The tool is already being used for rare diseases and certain cancers.
