Hydra, a bazaar that traded in drugs, fake documents, and cryptocurrency laundering over the Tor network, was taken down. US authorities arrested Anatoly Legkodymov, a Russian residing in China, nine months later after hunting the cryptocurrency exchange Bitzlato which laundered $4.58 billion worth of cryptocurrency transactions. Mikhail Matveyev, a suspect from ransomware groups, was also arrested by Russian authorities.
