GE Healthcare unveiled new products at this year’s Radiological Society of North America annual meeting including the Aurora SPECT/CT machine, the Pristina Via mammography system and Sonic DL for 3D. Aurora enhances diagnostic accuracy for conditions like cancer and cardiac disorders, while Pristina Via helps to address a shortage of radiologic technologists. The Sonic DL model aims to improve MRI scan speeds and image quality. GE Healthcare also announced plans to acquire Nihon Medi-Physics.
