Security researchers at Check Point Research have discovered new malware written in Godot’s programming language, GDScript. The GodLoader malware has already infected at least 17,000 devices with infostealers and cryptojackers. Check Point suggests the malware could infiltrate cheats, cracks, or mods of Godot-built games, potentially impacting up to 1.2 million people. Most antivirus programs have not yet flagged GodLoader.
