Study reveals shocking list of the most common corporate passwords

Cybersecurity firms NordPass and NordSteallar have analysed password habits over 6 years and found “123456” to be the most commonly used password worldwide. The firms also found minimal difference between passwords used at home and work, indicating that people tend to use the same weak passwords in both settings. This comes despite ongoing efforts to raise awareness about the importance of password strength.
