Companies using more than seven different communication tools are at a significantly higher risk of data breaches, according to a report by Kiteworks. The study showed that 32% of such companies reported more than 10 breaches, compared to just 9% overall. Increasing the number of communication tools also led to higher data breach litigation costs.
