American College of Radiology launches AI quality registry

The American College of Radiology’s (ACR) new National Radiology Data Registry can monitor artificial intelligence (AI) results and gather contextual information such as patient data and report results. It aims to compare individual radiology practice results with national performance benchmarks. The ACR Data Science Institute intends to offer oversight for the data, which can assist developers in improving future algorithms.
