Fidelity Investments suffered a second data breach this year

US financial services firm Fidelity Investments has disclosed its second data breach of the year, affecting 77,099 people. Personal data, including names, social security numbers, and driver’s license information, was accessed in the cyberattack in August, but the company confirmed that financial data was not impacted. Fidelity is offering free credit monitoring and identity restoration services to those affected.
