UALR will get $1M in settlement funds for cybersecurity research, education center

Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin has given a $1 million cybersecurity grant to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The funds are to establish a Cybersecurity Operations Research and Education Center, which will lead cybersecurity innovation and potentially increase national security, as well as aid local businesses. The university will seek additional funding as the center grows.
