Remote patient monitoring (RPM) has potential to manage the condition effectively, reducing hospitalisations. Vice president of nursing and care delivery at AI-powered RPM company Brook Health, Alexandria Foley, discussed the application of RPM tech for heart failure. She highlighted its use for real-time issue detection, AI data analysis and identifying symptom trends, promoting early intervention and minimising hospital visits.
