An Agenda for the Quad

The accelerated adoption of digital technologies globally, especially among the Quad countries (India, the US, Australia, and Japan), has outpaced the establishment of effective cybersecurity measures, leaving many vulnerable to attacks. Rising cyber incidents increase the need for cyber resilience. India has been a notable target, witnessing a series of significant data breaches. These cyber vulnerabilities are not unique to India, prompting the need for cybersecurity cooperation among the Quad countries. This report recommends strengthening resilience measures, adopting innovative solutions, and institutionalizing measures like sharing critical intelligence and establishing a Quad threat and vulnerability index.
