All text messages sent on the system over the past three months have reportedly been compromised, potentially exposing mobile numbers to unidentified individuals. No personal data was shared and workers have been warned to watch for calls or texts from unknown numbers. NHS Dumfries and Galloway also issued an alert to affected staff.
