Ochsner Health has seen a three-fold return on investment from its remote patient monitoring programme for value-based care patients, according to the American Medical Association. The New Orleans-based provider’s effort includes a physician-led team who interpret data uploaded directly from devices such as blood pressure monitors and glucometers to offer preventative treatments to patients.
