Korea expands research access to big cancer data and more briefs

South Korea has expanded its K-CURE Public Cancer Library to include big-data on 2.26 million cancer patients. The Ministry of Health and Welfare announced the larger dataset which also includes COVID-19 information. In other news, the ministry has launched a $25M AI drug discovery project, and Thailand’s Siriraj Hospital has deployed AI for lymphoma diagnosis.
