Microsoft 365 anti-phishing alert “erased” with one simple trick

Email attackers have found a way to change anti-phishing alerts on Microsoft 365 and Outlook emails invisible by altering its CSS style tags to have a white text color on a white background. Additionally, phishers can add more HTML code to fake Outlook’s “Signed by” declaration. Although these tricks may not fool many users, the threat remains until Microsoft takes further action to address the issue.
