HealthEquity and Palomar Health Medical Group (PHMG) suffered healthcare data breaches while DaVita disclosed the use of tracking technologies on their sites. HealthEquity discovered anomalous behavior through routine monitoring and announced that an unauthorized party had accessed and transferred personal data. PHMG reported suspect activity on their network with unauthorized access to files. DaVita notified users of their online tracking which may have transmitted personal information to third party vendors.
