Change Healthcare has announced that the cyberattack in February 2024 involved the data of almost a third of Americans. As it completes its data review, from June 20 the company will begin notifying affected individuals via letter, and said the personal information breached includes health insurance details, medical data, financial status, and other personal information. Affected individuals are offered two years of complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection services.
