Another Facebook data leak has occurred on the company’s Instagram platform. An unprotected server containing personal information of millions of Instagram influencers and celebrity accounts was found online. The database, belonging to Mumbai-based social media marketing firm Chtrbox, had over 49 million records exposed online. It was taken offline and an investigation has been launched. Facebook is investigating whether the data came from Instagram or another source.
