Cyber criminals use Adobe-themed phishing surge

Security researchers have detected a surge in phishing emails containing Adobe InDesign links aimed at specific organizations and users. These emails carry legitimate brand logos to gain trust and employ tactics to evade detection. The attacks leverage a known domain, social engineering, and moving recipients to another page when the link is clicked. Employees are advised to remain vigilant and receive proper training to spot and report suspicious messages. The rise in phishing attacks is also attributed to the increasing use of generative AI in enhancing the scale and complexity of attacks.
