A consortium, including Microsoft, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, and others under the Joint Development Foundation, has invited peers to join the Margo initiative. This initiative seeks to build an effective interoperability standard that accelerates digital transformation by unlocking barriers to innovation. San Francisco-based Zededa recently joined the consortium to develop the standard and deliver a compliance testing toolkit.
