Psychiatric Medical Care reduced patient intake from two and a half hours to one hour using Proem’s clinical workflow software. The software gathers individual patient data, enabling a more accurate diagnosis process. The patient intake is also shortened as questionnaires are sent to patients before their appointments. The software also integrates with the EHR system, reducing the need to upload data and tracking patient progress. The implementation of this technology resulted in better patient care and more efficient reporting.
