Wellstar Health System has integrated Clear’s mobile check-in technology with its Epic electronic health records. The technology provides real-time patient identity verification, reducing waiting room times. Following a successful pilot, the technology will be rolled out in the second half of 2024. Patients will use a single sign-on account to verify their identity ahead of appointments and check in from a kiosk using a ‘selfie’ digital photo.
