Disconnected operations and data silos prevent effective use of healthcare data, stopping improvements in quality care. Connecting these systems would enable effective incident recording and insights to inform better healthcare decisions. Technologies, including artificial intelligence, could increase efficiencies and contribute to a proactive culture centred around patient safety.
