A study has found that body mass index (BMI) plays a key role in an individual’s success at modifying their diet, with higher BMIs resulting in lower success rates. Similarly, individuals were more successful in diet modification when fewer and smaller brain modifications were needed. This research may help in developing individualised weight loss plans in the future.
