Sarah Morse, former NSW Young Australian of the Year, has over two decades of nursing experience in various roles. She has seen firsthand the impacts of burnout on health professionals and now acts as a consultant to help them overcome such challenges. Morse is also the founder and director of Unchained Solutions, a social enterprise focused on combating modern slavery. Her daily routine features work, family time, and self-care, including delivering masterclasses to health professionals, walking, and spending quality time with her family.
