Thornbury Medical Practice in Bradford has been put in special measures after being rated “inadequate” by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC found five breaches of healthcare regulations, including unreported data breaches and no use of patient complaints to improve care quality. The surgery, whose records for vaccinations and cervical screening were below national targets, has taken immediate action to address the concerns.
