Sweden is digitising nutrition registration as part of an effort to maintain good health among the elderly amid decreasing workforce numbers. The project, led by Helle Sörensen of Ostersunds Municipality, aims to more efficiently analyse patient diets and increase awareness among staff about senior citizens’ diets. Sörensen will discuss the effort and the method, developed in Norway, at the HIMSS24 event in Orlando.
