Cyber attackers demanded 3.5 Bitcoin (over £130,000) to restore vital encrypted files. However, recently backed-up data is expected to lessen the attack’s impact. It is currently under investigation by IT specialists, who identified the malware used, but have yet to identify the responsible group.
