Software intelligence company Dynatrace will acquire AI-powered security provider Runecast to extend its security protection and analytics. Runecast’s security posture management will help customers proactively deal with risks related to misconfigurations and compliance violations in hybrid and multi-cloud ecosystems, and it enables threat detection and incident response with complete context. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of Dynatrace’s fiscal year in March 2024.
